Most programs at Lingo Live include custom surveys that surface program impact data back to the coachee participant and client stakeholder.
How can I see survey responses?
Coachees can see their survey responses by going to "my notebook" in the left hand navigation and clicking "survey responses."
Use the "impact area" dropdown to filter responses by engagement, learning, behavior change, and business impact.
Who can see my survey responses?
The only people who can see survey responses on an individual level like this are Lingo Live admin and your program manager (your company's L&D or HR representative who manages the coaching program).
Coaches are not be able to see survey results, so the onus is always on you as the coachee to provide survey feedback to your coach. The idea here is that you can choose what stands out and is important to you to address with the support of your coach.
Who responds to surveys?
There are three types of users who may respond to survey questions:
- coachees, reporting their own progress and results
- managers, the coachee's manager providing insights on coachee progress and results
- insight providers, colleagues or direct reports the coachee selects to provide insights on progress and results
How do I choose my managers and insight providers?
Not all programs include managers and insight providers. If you were not asked to add them when you enrolled in your program, then your program does not have manager or insight providers included as survey respondents.
