What are goals, skills, and tasks? (How is session to session progress tracked at Lingo Live?)

Note: This article addresses progress tracking from session to session, it does not provide an overview of our custom survey feature. 

"My notebook"

Each coachee can review their session to session progress by visiting "my notebook" on the Lingo Live platform. 

Click "my notebook" on the left hand navigation. 

From here, you can see your goal progress, progress summaries, and past survey responses.

Scroll down below the goal timeline to see each individual goal card:

Here you'll see your goals, related tasks, and related skills, as well as the status of each (active, achieved, deprioritized). See our help article "glossary of terms used at Lingo Live" for definitions of each of these items. 

 

Progress Summaries

If you want to review individual progress summaries, click the "progress summaries" tab to view your coach's written feedback from each session. 

Survey Responses

To see your survey responses, go to "survey responses." Use the dropdown at the top of the page to toggle through the different levels of impact that each question relates to. You will only see your own survey responses here, or those from your manager and/or insight providers should your program include managers and insight providers. No one else's personal survey responses will be visible to you, nor yours to anyone but your L&D admin and Lingo Live admin.
