What is the new platform's URL?
You can access the new platform at edge.lingolive.com (the old URL, app.lingolive.com will be retired).
What does the invitation email look like or include?
The email invitation will come from "notifications@app.lingolive.com" have the subject line "You're Invited to [program name]." The email body will look something like this:
To set up your account and join your program, click "start now."
How can I find my coach on the new platform?
Follow the steps for registration outlined in this help article: How to register and schedule your first session as a coachee on Lingo Live.
To find your coach, shuffle through the coach profiles until you see the coach you previously worked with, and follow the steps to schedule your first session! This is the only time you will need to shuffle through coaches to find your coach.
I did not receive an email invitation for the new platform, what should I do?
If you are actively taking sessions, you will receive an email before September 1st, 2023. If it's after September 1st and you haven't received an email, please reach out to us at support@lingolive.com.
If you are not actively taking sessions but still have sessions available to you, you can reach out to support@lingolive.com and we will help you get set up to finish your program on the new platform.
How do I know if I still have sessions I can use on the new platform?
Log into your old Lingo Live account at app.lingolive.com and go to "profile." Scroll down to see "sessions remaining" and the "expiration date" to see the remaining time you have to use your sessions. Please note that granting sessions on the new platform will be dependent on the current contract terms with your employer, which we will review and manage on a case by case basis for inactive coachees who reach out about resuming their program.
How can I save my data from the previous platform?
Log into your account at app.lingolive.com and store PDFs or screenshots of information you'd like to maintain for your future records. We do not have a "data export" feature available to users. If you have questions or requests related to the storage and deletion of your data, please reach out to support@lingolive.com.
