Occasionally issues come up and coaches may be late or miss a session. We try our best to avoid this!
If your coach has not shown up for your session, do not worry. The session will not be charged to you, nor your company and it will not affect your coachee stats!
The second thing to do is to be patient and check your email, including your Spam or Junk folder. Your coach may have tried to connect with you to let you know what was going on. If you have not heard from your coach, feel free to reach out to them to check in.
After you have tried to reach your coach, please reach out to support@lingolive.com to get any technical issues resolved and inform us of what happened!
