When can I take sessions?
24/7. We have coaches around the world, so you can take sessions any time, any day.
Specific focus areas or coach backgrounds may have different availability.
I don’t see an available time for my coach, what do I do?
You can reach out to your coach directly, or you can go to "sessions" -> "schedule now" -> and "Find more coaches" to find another coach.
How long before the session can I cancel or reschedule without penalty?
6 hours before, for both rescheduling and cancelling! If you have to miss a session, we recommend rescheduling with your coach.
If you miss the session, or cancel or reschedule it less than 6 hours before the start time, you will be charged for that session. If you can, it is always nice to let your coach know if you need to cancel or reschedule.
